1. Who these terms apply to
Codebit Labs Pty Ltd ("Codebit Labs", "we", "us" or "our") makes games and software, including Lost Relics and Startup Delayer. These terms cover this company website and the common purchasing arrangements described below.
Each product has its own terms, shown below and linked from its website or checkout. Read the terms for the product you use or buy: they explain its licence, features, account requirements and any product-specific restrictions. Where a product’s terms address the same subject more specifically, those terms apply to that product. Nothing on this page reduces rights or promises already attached to a purchase.
2. Find your product’s terms
Other products will identify their applicable terms on their own website or at purchase. Buying one Codebit Labs product does not give you access to our other products or combine your accounts.
3. Prices, payments and delivery
Before paying, review the product, quantity, currency, total and any recurring payment information displayed at checkout. The applicable offer and product terms describe what is included, how access is delivered and how long a licence or service lasts. A recurring payment applies only where it is expressly offered and agreed to.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or the storefront through which you purchase. Codebit Labs may appear as the seller on checkout or payment records. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other fees. Keep your purchase confirmation and use the account associated with the purchase when accessing an account-based product.
A payment confirmation does not change the product’s stated licence scope. If payment succeeds but the promised access does not appear, contact the relevant product’s support before attempting another purchase.
4. Refunds and consumer rights
If a purchase is incorrect, fails to work as described, or has a billing problem, contact the relevant product’s support with your order reference and a description of the issue. We assess requests under applicable consumer law and any refund offer made when you bought the product. Purchases through another storefront may need to be handled through that storefront.
There is no additional company-wide change-of-mind refund period created by this page. Any product-specific offer and rights required by law still apply. Refunds and payment reversals may affect access to the associated purchase as explained in its product terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and mandatory protections in your country. Depending on the circumstances, those protections may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation.
5. Using this website
You may browse this website and share links to it for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to distribute malicious software or infringe another person’s rights.
Our website content, names, artwork and logos belong to Codebit Labs or their respective owners. Access to this website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is allowed by law or expressly permitted by us.
We aim to keep product information accurate, but availability and website content can change. Refer to the product offer and terms for a purchase. External websites and services have their own terms; a link does not make those services part of a Codebit Labs product.

Our Privacy Policy explains common handling of personal information and links to the detailed notices for each product. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or full payment-card details in a support message.
7. Changes and existing purchases
We may update these terms as the company website, purchasing arrangements or legal requirements change. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required. Updating this page does not retrospectively remove a purchased licence or mandatory consumer rights.
